Should Your Organization Consider Peer Review?
Take the following test to see if Peer Review is right for your organization:


1. Do you hear complaints from employees about favoritism and/or lack of consistency in the application of personnel policies or practices?    

2. Do Your employees sometimes take their disputes outside the company for resolution through agencies (EEOC, etc.) or Courts?    

3. Do you currently have a dispute resolution system that is not highly regarded by your employees?    

4. Is your organization moving toward more employee involvement and ownership in your business?    

5. Is current dispute resolution system used less frequently than you think it needs to be used?             

6. Do you believe a good number of your employees are responsible people who are capable of making responsible decisions about disputes?    

7. Do you believe a good number of  your employees care about the future success of your business?  

8. Do you believe that managers and employees in your organization can work together to resolve disputes?    

9. Would you like to build better understanding and trust in your organization?     

10. Would giving employees an opportunity to 'walk a mile' in management's shoes be helpful to your
